Dr. Gary Foley founded Allergy Action Kids in 2024 to provide expert allergy care for children. Due to high demand, he expanded his vision with The GP Allergy Clinic, serving both adults and children.

 

His passion for allergy care began during his undergraduate studies in Biochemistry and Immunology at Trinity College Dublin, followed by a medical degree at University College Dublin.

With over a decade of experience in Paediatric Allergy, Dr. Foley has published widely and trained in Ireland and the UK, including at the Royal Children’s Hospital in London, where he worked in the tertiary allergy department and Professorial Severe Asthma Clinic.

Qualified in both General Practice (MRCGP & MICGP) and Paediatrics (MRCPCH), he is a member of BSACI and EAACI. He also holds a PhD from Queen Mary University, London, with research focusing on air pollution, infection, asthma, and food allergy.

As a parent of a child with a food allergy, Dr. Foley deeply understands the challenges families face and is dedicated to providing expert care and support.
